6m female puppy (Chehalis)

She is very friendly. Very treat motivated. She absolutely love my kids she good on a leash where my kids take her on lots of walks. She is ok off leash she won't run off just take her a minute to listen! She wants to play with birds and cats. But my animals don't want to play back! She is not 100 percent potty trained. She would do best with a playful friend with a fenced yard!
