looking for a seamstress!

Need a past the knee dress in a dark color for a Mormon funeral on Oct 2nd. I really want it to be special (this is my grandma's event) - not crazy or intricate, but I feel like handmade would be a really nice touch. I would supply fabric unless you have tons for some reason, but would need to consult you on what type.
