We provide ethics consultation, healthcare policy analysis, and cross-disciplinary research support to hospitals, universities, government agencies, and life sciences organizations. Our mission is to shape equitable, evidence-based, and ethically sound healthcare policies for the future of medicine. 📌 Open Positions 1. Bioethics Consultant As a member of our Clinical & Research Ethics Team, you will: Provide case-based ethics consultation for hospitals and healthcare institutions Facilitate interdisciplinary ethics rounds and educational workshops Support IRBs and clinical trial review boards Conduct research on pressing topics in medical ethics, end-of-life care, AI in medicine, and public health crises Draft position statements and contribute to public-facing ethics publications Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Bioethics, Philosophy, Theology, Law, or related field At least 3 years experience in clinical or research ethics consultation Familiarity with U.S. healthcare law, HIPAA, and FDA/HHS regulations Exceptional writing, public speaking, and facilitation skills Background in hospital-based ethics or academic health centers strongly preferred Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000/year + benefits 2. Health Policy Researcher As a policy team researcher, you will: Design and carry out policy impact evaluations and legislative analysis Draft white papers, policy briefs, and stakeholder reports Analyze federal and Massachusetts health policy proposals Collaborate with public health officials, health systems, and academic partners Focus areas may include Medicare/Medicaid, health equity, biotechnology regulation, or pricing & access Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Economics, or related field (PhD preferred) Quantitative or mixed-methods research skills Proficiency in tools like R, STATA, NVivo, or ArcGIS a plus Strong understanding of U.S. health system, ACA, and CMS policy frameworks Previous experience with state or federal policy advocacy is a bonus Salary Range: $78,000 – $105,000/year + benefits 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with generous match 20+ days paid time off + holidays Hybrid work flexibility (up to 2 remote days/week) Professional development funding (CME, conferences, certifications) On-site wellness programs and public transportation subsidy Visa sponsorship available for qualified international candidates Resume or CV Cover letter specifying position Writing sample (published article or policy memo preferred) 2–3 professional references (names only at initial stage) 🌍 Diversity & Inclusion NEIHE is an equal opportunity employer.
