Requirements   The successful candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field, plus three to five (3-5) years of relevant work experience. Experience with hazardous materials/hazardous waste management and regulatory compliance analysis.  Working knowledge of federal environmental policies, Executive Orders, and regulations such as RCRA, CAA, and CWA. Experience managing and implementing federal environmental programs, policies, and standard operating procedures. Experience with Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ISO 14001, and environmental compliance auditing. Experience supporting the development of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation.  Knowledge of energy conservation, recycling, and related green sustainability initiatives. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities. Excellent writing, oral communication, and presentation skills. Security Clearance: This position requires an active Public Trust clearance. The selected qualified candidate will be required to successfully complete a background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to be adjudicated for a Public Trust clearance. Desired Skills Experience supporting federal program managers and excellent customer engagement skills. Ability to monitor and track program/project performance and support reporting requirements. Ability to analyze and present technical data to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with developing and providing environmental compliance training; classroom and web-based. Food Scientist – Gummy Formulation We are developing a gummy to support women’s health and need a food scientist who can move fast and deliver results. SCHEDULE: Night Shift This position offers four 10 hour shifts with an 8pm PT start time. The 4 days will be between Tuesday and Sunday. Hours worked between 9pm and 4am will receive a 10% night shift differential. Additionally, if scheduled to work hours on both Saturday and Sunday, a $200 weekend differential will be provided. Maintains quality control and LC-MS-MS chromatographic data prior to release or results to physicians. Ensures that testing methods follow established quality control procedures. Identifies, troubleshoots, documents and resolves test result issues. Documents issues using the Laboratory Occurrence Management (LOM) form. Acts as a resource to laboratory technicians, laboratory assistants and associate scientists. Follows safe laboratory practices and participates in operational support activities necessary to maintain and optimize testing capabilities. May oversee the duties of clinical laboratory technicians, clinical laboratory assistants and associate scientists who prepare specimens or perform other less complex procedures. Participates in internal laboratory audits.
