Take guests on a scenic drive around O'ahu and teach them about the natural history of our islands and the extinction rate of our unique species. We are looking for nature and conservation enthusiasts with an interest in biology, geology, geography, ornithology, or Hawaiian studies to help us pass this important conservation message to our guests. Become a nature guide with Oahu's original eco-tour company and inspire visitors to Hawaii to become active in conservation efforts to help endangered species and protect remaining native ecosystems. Our motto is Conservation through Education, and we specialize in guided educational tours about Hawaii's natural history. Especially suitable for graduate students, recent grads, and teachers of the natural sciences with flexible schedules who are knowledgeable about Hawaii's natural history. No driving is required as a driver will be provided. POSITION: Nature Guide Part Time - two to three tours a week. PAY: $21/hr PLUS TIPS. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. A degree in a natural science. Knowledge of Hawaii's natural history preferred 2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to speak well to small groups 3. Punctuality and reliability 4. Flexible schedule
