Description

The Advertiser Operations Coordinator plays a key role in executing and optimizing campaign operations across the advertiser lifecycle. This position ensures campaigns are built, tracked, and maintained with accuracy while partnering cross-functionally to drive workflow efficiency, performance, and compliance. What You'll Do: Campaign Execution & Tracking Manage end-to-end setup of advertiser campaigns, including tracking implementation, creative uploads, and targeting parameters. Test and validate tracking links, postbacks, and user flows to ensure accurate attribution and performance data. Own the intake process for campaign builds and updates, ensuring timely execution and documentation accuracy. Cross-Team Collaboration & Operational Support Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Creative to ensure campaigns launch with complete, approved assets. Support the Operations Manager with key initiatives, special projects, and process improvements across the team. Help implement and uphold operational standards and SOPs across departments. Creative Testing & Performance Insights Set up creative A/B and multivariate tests. Track early campaign performance (30-day post-launch) and escalate any delivery or conversion issues. Support reporting accuracy by ensuring campaign data is maintained and accessible. Compliance & Campaign Integrity Perform QA checks and policy reviews on creatives and user flows prior to launch. Maintain campaign-level documentation. Requirements Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented with a bias for execution. Familiarity with ad tracking platforms, postback URLs, and attribution workflows is a plus. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; able to work with structured data. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Problem Solver; can think critically to troubleshoot campaign or data issues quickly Technical comfort; comfortable working with tracking URLs, parameters, QA testing flows, and basic HTML/JavaScript is a plus. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting business needs.
