Description

You will work with our small but fast-moving, dynamic advisory group serving high-growth technology companies. Our entrepreneurial structure will afford you the opportunity to be involved in exciting, demanding engagements. You will assist in building financial models, developing valuation analyses, creating pitchbooks and other presentations, performing research relating to mergers, acquisitions and capital raises, and developing our internal business processes.
