As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an FP&A Director to lead and scale our financial planning efforts in the United States. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, strategic FP&A leader to support the financial strategy and performance of our operations, drive growth, and lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. Reporting directly to the U.S. President and the Global CFO, this role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and a critical seat at the table as we expand our U.S. presence. This role is based in Richardson, Texas. Requirements Key Responsibilities Own and lead the financial planning and analysis function for the U.S. market Act as a strategic business partner to the U.S. President, leadership team, and global CFO Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectives Lead post-M&A financial integration, supporting systems, reporting, and performance alignment Analyse and present key financial insights to support decision making Build and refine models for profitability, investment cases, and scenario planning Excel the S&OP process and partner closely with operations Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Accounting and Commercial teams Who We’re Looking For You are a dynamic finance professional with a strong mix of strategic mindset and operational execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to turn data into decisions, and have a strong business sense. Core Qualifications Experience with consumer goods 8–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy Background in Big Four, investment banking, or M&A is a strong plus Experience in financial integration, performance management, and commercial finance Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Strong command of financial modelling, budgeting, and scenario analysis Very proficient in Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools Excellent communication and presentation skills A can-do, hands-on mentality and comfort working independently Eligibility Note: You must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (or willing to move there over time) and authorized to work in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.     Provide guidance to students and parents regarding available financial aid options, application procedures, requirements, and eligibility criteria by conducting financial overviews, student interviews and analyzing student official documentation. 2.     Evaluate student need; analyze and verify student eligibility for financial aid programs; monitor student academic progress for continued aid eligibility; prepare and process awards to eligible students; review student appeals and/or special circumstances. 3.     Manage and evaluate the disbursement of financial aid funds in compliance with regulations. 4.     Work closely with registrar/bursar and accounting departments to ensure compliance in terms of cash management when disbursing Title IV funds. 5.     Stay updated on federal and state financial aid policies. 6.     Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting for compliance purposes. 7.     Understand and adhere to all school policies outlined in the Standard Policies and Procedures Manual and the School Catalog. 8.     Implements best practices that support the goal of enrollment growth and quality of services. 9.     Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Student Finance Qualifications/Requirements:  Requirements 1.     Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2.     Extensive knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations; at least 3 years of experience preferred. 3.     Strong understanding of various financial aid programs, scholarships, and grants. 4.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5.     Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED 6.     Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and policies. 7.     Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. 8.     Uncompromising integrity and professionalism. 9.     Ability to use sound judgement. 10.  Proficient in relevant software and database management. POSITION SUMMARY The Center for an Agricultural Economy (CAE), based in Hardwick, VT, seeks a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant. Are you good with numbers, and comfortable with computers, interfacing with many people and supporting org wide systems? This position will support daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, approximately 20 hours a week. This position will also provide general administrative support, such as reception, mail processing, managing calendars, scheduling, benefits paperwork, event logistics, approximately 20 hours a week.
