The Elementary Pastor will look and lead towards creating holy moments, create an enjoyable environment, applicable, age appropriate & accessible to kids of all the ages they lead. They will also lead a team of volunteers who know how to relate to kids and ensure that they learn and speak biblical truths while creating a safe environment through their personal heart posture and adherence to policies. Assisting Elementary with yearly projects and events (which includes Holiday Feast, Easter Egg Hunt/Carnival, Backpack Giveaway, Bethel Redding Weekend, Day Camp and Revival Camp). Attending weekly team meetings and monthly all-team meetings. Assisting with any administrative tasks being carried out in the Elementary Office. Individual’s ages range from 18-65 and their needs vary from high functioning, fairly independent Individuals to those who have total physical care needs or behavior support needs. Most Individuals participate in a school or day program during the day, although Family Home Providers are still responsible for being available during the day if needed. You will receive support from Enriching Lives to assist you in providing services in your own home such as initial and continuing education, the support of a multidisciplinary team, 24 hour on call professional support, and overnight relief support. Enriching Lives staff will visit you and the Individual regularly to provide support and ensure that the Individual’s goals are being met. At a minimum, you must have 1-2 spare bedrooms, a safe and pleasant living environment, reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED and a designated backup Family Home Provider. All adult members of the household and frequent visitors to the home must have a clear criminal history and a DMV record without any major violations. Title: Public Programs Associate (bilingual) Classification: Non-exempt, 50% FTE (20 hours/week) Rate: $22/hour Schedule: Flexible, with recurring weekend shifts and occasional evenings required Reports to: Public Programs Manager Position Summary: The Public Programs Associate (bilingual) is responsible for facilitating the Museum’s public programs throughout Santa Cruz County. Public Programs serve multigenerational audiences through workshops, walks, lectures, festivals, and more. In addition to developing content for certain programs, the Public Programs Associate will also strengthen community partnerships and represent the Museum through public engagement. This position requires Spanish language fluency, a willingness to work in a variety of outdoor settings, with frequent weekends and occasional evenings. The Family Advocate will provide hands-on in person case management to families with an open child welfare case where the children are residing with their parent or guardians, or for families where the child has recently returned to the custody of a parent or guardian.
