Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Location: Worldwide Locations Clearance: ACTIVE Top-Secret The CSTs shall demonstrate knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles and devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance. CSTs shall become thoroughly knowledgeable of Department of State security procedures and the level of security required in various parts of each facility under construction/renovation. CSTs must be able to effectively communicate in English, as well as be able to write detailed reports, analyses of problems, findings, and security situations which require staff actions. CSTs shall be capable of independent decision-making, possess a high degree of individual initiative, and function with minimal supervision. The CSTs are required to maintain detailed daily notes during their tour of duty. CST Notes are to be submitted to the Contractor’s Team Leader who will review them for accuracy and present them to the SSM for review. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate proposed inspection equipment. Utilize knowledge of all construction disciplines, to include civil architectural, mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles. Read and analyze designs and blueprints and recognize the architect's intended use. Analyze designs and structural complexities, which are intended to mask an ulterior purpose not intended by the architect. Exercise knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles, and the types of devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance. Write detailed reports in English and complete the analyses of issues, findings, and security situations which require staff action. Maintain daily logs during their tour of duty. Requirements Construction Surveillance Technicians must have at least five (5) years’ experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Construction security surveillance Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Industrial or government security involving counterintelligence Construction quality assurance Hands-on supervisory construction experience U.S. Citizen. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Have and maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Active CST certification preferred. In good physical health and meet medical requirements for the position. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experienced in the use of alarm systems, metal detectors, x-ray device, and closed-circuit television systems. Capable of reading and speaking English, and be able to write legible, concise reports in English.

COMMUNITY SAFETY OFFICER We are a small upscale residential community, seeking Safety Officers for gated neighborhood in western Colorado Springs near Garden of the Gods. Full and part-time positions (20 to 40 hours weekly) available. Full medical/dental/vision benefits included. Execution of field work involved in asbestos abatement projects while under direct or indirect supervision. Direct and supervise project-assigned labor forces including the following job classification: foremen, equipment operators, hazardous waste technicians, and emergency response crews etc. to maintain competent completion of their duties. Correct completion of all job-specific, employee-related MER paperwork including Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, Driver’s Logs and Daily Tailgate Safety Meeting Forms. Understand and enforce project’s detailed scope-of-work to optimize strict compliance with contract documents, project schedules, and corporate policies and procedures. Under general direction from Logistics Manager, Program/Project Manager and/or Division Manager, forecast and organize the cost-effective utilization of project personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to minimize unneeded project cost resulting in higher profit. Work safely and ensure that the crew is working safely during all phases of performing the job duties required in the field. Ability to perform work inside areas of varying dimensions, involving squatting and crawling for possible extended periods. Ability to follow directions; read/speak and understand English; read and understand common danger placards / labels and hazardous warning literature including site safety plans. The ability to safely drive and perform safety checks on all vehicles for which licensed. Project work may require out of town travel for two weeks or more. Must be able to understand and comply with company and client safety standards. Due to the diversity of both scheduled and non-scheduled projects, physical demands, and environmental conditions vary significantly depending on the project. Work outside year-round in all types of weather. May work in environments that are extreme in nature like environmental conditions such as heat, cold, heights, hazardous chemicals, loud noises, dangerous equipment, long hours etc. May be exposed to varying levels of physical activities and physical extremes such as long periods of standing, walking, crouching, use of hands, and heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds or more. Must always be clean shaven to allow immediate donning and seal of respirator. Requirements Successful work experience in asbestos, remediation, and general construction. Remediation training and/or certification preferred. Experience supervising labor crews. Proficiency driving box trucks and/or driving pick-up trucks with trailers as needed. Must be willing and able to work a VARIABLE SCHEDULE, including overtime, night, and weekend hours. Willing to travel. MUST have a VALID DL with clean driving record, and reliable transportation to/from work. MUST be able to clear background check processes required to gain access (security clearance) on job sites including military bases, schools, and other public/government facilities. Me and my gals are looking for someone to join our house cleaning team immediately! Must be reliable, have a cell phone, reliable transportation and valid drivers license. We clean monday through friday daytime hours. At this time we are offering a part time position with growth to full time. This would be about 3 days a week with the possibility of extra hours as a fill in. Must be available from 7:45 a.m to 5 p.m. The hours are non negotiable. Pay is weekly starting at $17/hr. Travel time is also paid. Experience is preferred as this is a pretty fast paced and very detailed skill set but willing to train the right person.
