Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals. Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness. Maintain accurate and detailed client records. Requirements Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Proficiency in data analysis software and tools Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in creating and conducting training sessions Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting behavior analysis BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Benefits Contract- 1099 $70/HR

Mad Science is the world's leading provider of fun science programs for elementary-aged children. This is a part-time position and is somewhat seasonal. Pay for all Areas of Business (AOB) is hourly - including set-up and clean-up time. Starting pay is $22.00-$26.00 per hour DOE.  We are looking for HIGHLY ENERGETIC, DYNAMIC AND CONFIDENT individuals to join our growing team to conduct exciting science, engineering, and technology programs. You do NOT need to be a certified teacher (although we love that!). FALL 2025! Looking for folks to lead programming in Culver City, Santa Monica and Inglewood! Responsibilities: - Facilitating day camps, in-person workshops, and after-school science enrichment programs for children from preschool through elementary school - Deliver high-energy, part entertainment, part education, hands-on programs that meet for one hour each week for approximately 8-10 weeks. - Drive to various locations across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. - Enjoy teaching young children the art of science! - Attend paid training sessions virtually or at our office. - Attend the mandatory Friday Staff Meeting every week (paid). - Be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. - Be on time for all scheduled activities. - Adhere to strict safety and cleanliness guidelines. Qualifications: - Must be available a MINIUMUM of three consistent weekday afternoons, 12-5pm. While this is a part-time position, it is critical that you are able to commit to the length of any given program (school season, camp session, after-school program, etc.), and that you are able to give us steady weekly availability. - Must have a personal vehicle as you will be transporting equipment and conducting programs across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. - Must be available for mandatory Friday meeting, 11am-12pm - Some experience teaching/ working with groups of elementary-age (4-12) children (such as an after-school teacher or camp counselor). - Minimum of 1 year of college suggested. Degrees and/or graduate degrees are a plus. - Maintain a fun, flexible, and outgoing personality! To assist academic teachers to implement skill based learning experiences for students who need to meet grade level competency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Participates in daily and long-range lessons and classroom activity planning and instruction in the locations and times designated. 2. Works with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning of skills initially introduced by the teacher. 3. Assists the teacher by implementing special strategies for reinforcing skills based on an understanding of individual students, their needs, interest and abilities. 4. Guides and instructs students in independent study, enrichment work and skills lessons assigned by the teacher. 5. Assists the teacher to assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis and provides progress reports to the teacher and student. 6. Alerts the teacher of record to any problems, special needs or special information concerning an individual or group of students. 7. Assist students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior. 8. Maintains the same high level of behavior and confidentiality of information about students as is expected of a fully licensed teacher. 9.
