- Design, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Webex) solutions, managing call routing, dial plans, and endpoints. - Administer Cisco UC infrastructure and troubleshoot voice, video, conferencing, and messaging tools, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Develop, implement, and manage Cisco UCCE and Webex Contact Center solutions, including call flows, IVR applications, advanced call routing, and integrations with business systems, APIs, and CRMs. - Deploy and customize Cisco CVP applications, creating self-service solutions, IVR scripts, and data-driven workflows. - Manage IPTV and video delivery systems, including MPEG formats, CDN, encryption technologies, and video processing platforms on Linux, Unix, and Windows. - Design and implement secure network architectures, configure VPNs and firewalls, and ensure redundancy and compliance with security best practices. - Collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support deployments, integrations, and ongoing system enhancements. - Provide detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, troubleshooting guides, and system updates to maintain operational excellence.
