We are currently seeking an Oregon-licensed Professional Land Surveyor with a minimum of two years drafting experience related to land surveying and mapping (Carlson/AutoCAD preferred). Out-of-State licensees and/or individuals with LSIT qualifications and the ability to obtain an Oregon PLS within one year, are also encouraged to apply. Typical duties may include drafting Topographic Surveys, ALTA maps, Records of Survey, Partition Plats, Subdivision Plats, Condominium Plats, completing FEMA Elevation Certificates, reviewing/reducing field data, research, resolving property boundaries and construction staking calculations. The majority of our projects are small to medium sized, residential and/or commercial in nature.
