Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Familiarity with electrical modeling programs (e.g., AGi32 for lighting, SKM for power analysis) is required. Understanding of national, state, and local electrical codes. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
