What You’ll Do: Break and test concrete cylinders and beams for strength Perform proctor compaction tests on soils Run Atterberg Limits (PI tests) Conduct asphalt testing (Rice, stability/flow, gradations, etc.) Record data accurately and maintain organized test logs Work with engineers and field staff to ensure quality control What We’re Looking For: Interest or experience in construction materials testing Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test procedures Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Prior lab or construction experience is a plus—but we will train the right person! Coordinate and oversee sub-contractor awareness and expectations of job-sites e. Implement, monitor, benchmark and enforce standards of production for self-performed work to ensure field personal are operating efficiently & effectively f. Assist with modular deliveries and coordination along with the factory production teams g. Communicate to Factory Teams, Estimating Team, Project Managers, and others of opportunities or issues in regards to production, technology, budgets, etc. h.
