Project Estimator – Commercial Construction Location: Doylestown, PA Company: Atlas Mountain Construction Atlas Mountain Construction, a trusted name in commercial construction since 1998, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end retail, educational, restaurant, and commercial projects—delivering exceptional results for both General Contracting and Subcontracting scopes of work. Responsibilities: Review and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications for bid preparation. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractor work. Develop and submit competitive bids for GC and subcontracting opportunities. Utilize estimating software such as PlanSwift and ConstructConnect for takeoffs and bid tracking. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trade partners. Analyze project risks, value-engineering options, and budget requirements. Qualifications: 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction. Proficiency with PlanSwift, ConstructConnect, and related estimating tools. Strong knowledge of commercial, retail, educational, and restaurant construction processes. Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Growing architectural firm seeking a full time project manager/Design Associate to assist with all aspects of architectural service to a wide range of clients including custom residential and light commercial projects. We are located in a bright and spacious office with comfortable working spaces in the heart of Downtown Pacific Grove. The position will require development of photo-realistic renderings for presentations, design of new buildings and remodel projects, review of the building codes, development of construction documents and details, quality control, coordination with consultants and building officials, as well as helping to develop CAD standards for the office. A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (or related Engineering/Design education) and minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the architectural design field is preferred. Qualifications • Basic knowledge of wood framed construction and at least background experience with Revit or similar BIM software are required. • Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Lumion or V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite. • Architectural License or active engagement in the pursuit NCARB/State licensure is a requirement.
