A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (or related Engineering/Design education) and minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the architectural design field is preferred. Qualifications • Basic knowledge of wood framed construction and at least background experience with Revit or similar BIM software are required. • Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Lumion or V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite. • Architectural License or active engagement in the pursuit NCARB/State licensure is a requirement.
