Position Overview The Construction Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for both preconstruction estimating and hands-on project management. This dual role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and budgets for drywall, acoustical, and related scopes of work.
