Commercial Project Manager (Orange County) compensation: Depending on experience employment type: full-time experience level: senior level job title: Commercial Project Manager Visionary designer with strong visual, graphic, color and architectural sense and specific experience in high-end and unusual finish materials, applications and construction detailing. Interactive teammate with our other design enthusiasts... constantly inspiring each other to push the design envelope and better the product and process. Initiate and develop distinctively different and market specific design concepts with hand sketches and 3-D modeling. Collaborate with the design team to generate and develop programming, space planning, as well as layouts, selections, and specifications of furnishings, equipment, lighting and materials. Communicate and coordinate with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements. Lead/manage CAD and assistant in document preparation and construction administration. Ability to effectively thrive in a team atmosphere. Strong up-to-date knowledge of Class-A hospitality/ multi-family design trends including the latest furniture, lighting and material products, construction methodology, materials applications and manufacturers/supplier appropriateness. Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture is desired.
