Architectural & construction office is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of a project in construction. This position could be perfect for a seasoned project architect looking to level up. Areas of responsibility include: Budget Management -Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs stay within the agreed-upon limits. Resource Allocation -Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution. Scheduling and Timeline Management -Create and manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and that deadlines are met. Quality Control -Establish and maintain quality standards, monitoring construction or design processes to ensure compliance. Risk Management -Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Team Leadership -Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. Documentation -Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples. Knowledge of BuilderTrend a plus! Project types here include high-end residential, food & beverage retail and some commercial interiors. Currently, all projects are in Manhattan. This position will have the candidate in the office and at job sites regularly.
