The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drafting and design, with proficiency in CAD software applications. This role involves creating detailed drawings and schematics for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. The CAD Drafter will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring concepts to life through precise technical drawings. Duties Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD, and 3D drawings a plus! Create schematics and technical drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Utilize SketchUp and CANVA would be a bonus. Collaborate with team members to refine designs based on feedback and project requirements. Prepare presentations and visualizations for clients using graphic design techniques, mostly mood boards, and finish schedules. Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and solutions. Experience Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD is essential. Experience in drafting for residential construction or interior design projects is preferred. Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across various disciplines. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Survey Crew Chief opening in our Scranton, PA office. LaBella fosters a team-oriented atmosphere and emphasizes unparalleled client services. As a Survey Crew Chief for LaBella, you will perform survey assignments related to topographic and boundary surveying, ALTA/ASCM land title surveys, construction staking, terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone, structure monitoring in support of land surveying, civil engineering, architectural and environmental projects. You will be working under the direction of Licensed Professional Surveyors. We offer the opportunity for involvement in a wide variety of surveying assignments for land surveying, civil engineering, architectural and environmental projects. This is a full-time land surveying position, performing field and office duties including but not limited to: boundary, topographic, ALTA/ASCM land title, construction staking, terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone surveys.
