The Everset is a home staging and furniture rental company that services the tri-state area. We provide staging, furniture rental, and design services to some of the largest property owners, developers, and brokers in the world. We are looking for an individual with home staging experience who wants to work for a fast-growing company. This person will work directly with the Staging Director, Manager, and the staging team to help service our clients. This opportunity is full-time. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with our company and is willing to take on a lot of responsibility quickly. (Residential staging experience REQUIRED) Responsibilities - Tour apartments: View and measure apartments to determine what furniture will fit best and what style is most appropriate. -Prep-days: Work in our warehouse to select and pack accessories for staging jobs. Pull rugs and artwork from "pick lists" and prepare them for installation day. - Installation Day: Help manage installation days by directing furniture placement, styling apartment with accessories, hanging mirrors and artwork, and making beds. Close out CRM system at the end of the day. - Pick-up stages: Meet logistics team at stage location, pack all accessories, and ensure a smooth pick up. - Assist with the organization of staging warehouse and managing inventory. Unpack boxes of accessories. Unpack pick-up bins. Put away rugs and artwork Ideal Candidate - Residential staging experience REQUIRED - A strong sense of style and design - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment - Enjoys being active and on their feet - A can-do, no job too small attitude - Self-starter who can work independently and well on small teams
