Boutique Construction Company with a friendly environment, is seeking a skilled and reliable Project Manager to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience managing construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects through completion • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members • Manage schedules, budgets, and site documentation • Order, track and coordinate delivery of materials to job sites • Ensure work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and deadlines • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Communicate progress and issues to clients and company leadership Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor degree in related fields 3+ years of proven work experience in architectural, engineering or construction companies. Extensive knowledge of reading Architectural plans/drawings. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in CAD Software, Excel/Google Sheets Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus. Extremely detail-oriented, punctual, positive can-do attitude, and organized.
