Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Engineer licensed in the State of Florida to provide professional recertification services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves performing inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Florida's building codes and regulations, including 40-year and 50-year recertification requirements for structural and electrical systems. Responsibilities -Conduct thorough structural and electrical inspections for recertification per Florida Building Code and local regulations. -Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and compliance documentation. -Coordinate with property owners, management companies, and local authorities to ensure timely completion of recertification processes. -Identify and document any deficiencies or safety concerns in buildings, providing actionable solutions. -Stay updated on Florida's building codes, recertification standards, and industry best practices.
