Survey Technician 📍 Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite) 💼 Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire 💰 Compensation: $35 - $36 hour Our client—a fast-growing civil engineering firm with a strong regional presence—is seeking a skilled Survey Technician to support high-impact projects across the area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to work with a collaborative team and contribute to meaningful infrastructure and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Create deed and reference maps to visualize survey data. • Prepare and configure data for efficient field operations. • Analyze and convert post-survey data to support project execution. • Perform construction layout calculations, as-built surveys, and detailed sketches. • Generate grade sheets and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys. • Conduct topographic analyses and draft Metes & Bounds descriptions. • Produce FEMA Elevation Certificates and Subdivision/Lot Consolidation Plans. • Mentor CAD Drafters and ensure adherence to quality standards. • Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers. • Translate field data, sketches, and maps into accurate mapping solutions. • Ensure high-quality plan presentation and precise survey traverse adjustments. Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on surveying experience. • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Proven ability to produce clean, accurate, and professional work. • Understand field survey operations and the construction/engineering industry. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and software.

I need to have some damaged chain-link fencing repaired in Del Rio, TX. The section that needs work is not very long, and I’ve attached videos for reference. I also need a handyman to install Sheetrock on the wall shown in the photos. The leak inside the wall has already been repaired, so the Sheetrock now needs to be replaced.
