Description

Global Dimensions is recruiting for an upcoming opportunity and seeking candidates who will be available upon award. We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Mission Assurance / Antiterrorism (MA/AT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the Task Lead (TL) supporting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Chief of Staff (SOCS). This position plays a critical role in enabling Mission Assurance (MA) and Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) programs across the SOF Enterprise. TL will serve as the on-site lead for all contractor personnel under this requirement, ensuring effective execution of day-to-day integration, training, and mission support activities. Key Responsibilities: As Task Lead (TL): Serve as the primary contractor interface with the Government Technical Representative and COR. Oversee all assigned contractor personnel, manage workload distribution, address performance concerns, and maintain contract compliance. Provide immediate notification of personnel vacancies and take corrective actions to fill positions with fully qualified staff per contract requirements. As Senior MA/AT SME: Support the operational implementation and execution of SOCOM’s MA/AT program. Deliver government-developed and approved MA/AT training to SOF components and stakeholders. Conduct Force Protection (FP) risk assessments and security engineering analysis. Prepare technical cost-benefit assessments and engineering-based mitigation plans. Execute Vulnerability Assessment and Protection Option (VAPO) analysis or equivalent simulation/modeling solutions. Manage data within the Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS). Contribute to readiness reporting via the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS). Requirements Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: Candidates must meet one of the following: Option A: Master of Science in Engineering with 3+ years of MA/AT or DCIP-related risk management experience. Option B: Security or Antiterrorism-focused Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in: Blast analysis and mitigation Infrastructure engineering Risk management Option C: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering with 6+ years of MA/AT or DCIP risk management experience. Additional Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DoD Security Engineering, per UFC 04-020 series. 5+ years of experience in VAPO analysis and Force Protection planning. 10+ years of experience supporting, working with, or embedded in USSOCOM or a subordinate SOF organization. 10+ years of experience preparing senior-level written products for GO/FO/SES decision-makers. Active DoD Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility (no exceptions). *** This role is contingent upon Contract Award*** The Local Registration Authority (LRA) supports the Department of Defense Public Key Infrastructure (DoD PKI) program by validating identities and processing digital certificate requests for personnel, systems, and devices within a designated organization or command. The LRA ensures that PKI credentials are issued in compliance with DoD directives and federal identity assurance policies across classified (SIPR) and unclassified (NIPR) environments. Responsibilities: Perform identity proofing and validation of individuals requesting DoD PKI credentials in accordance with DoDI 8520.02 and CNSSI 1300 series policies. Process digital certificate requests and support issuance, suspension, and revocation operations for SIPRNet and UNCLASS tokens. Operate and maintain LRA workstations and associated software/tools to interface with the Registration Authority (RA) and Certificate Authority (CA) systems. Ensure compliance with DoD and NIST 800-63-3 Identity Assurance Level (IAL) requirements during in-person validation. Maintain detailed logs, user records, and audit documentation for each PKI transaction to support internal reviews and external audits. Assist in the training and awareness of PKI procedures and end-user responsibilities across supported units. Coordinate with Registration Authorities (RAs), Trusted Agents (TAs), System Administrators, ISSOs, and Information Assurance (IA) personnel for secure and timely processing of credentialing services. Support DoD and agency-specific PKI audit readiness and participate in inspections or compliance reviews as required. Requirements Active Secret clearance. 2–5 years of experience working in cybersecurity, identity management, or PKI operations within the DoD or federal government. Strong understanding of DoD PKI policies, certificate lifecycle management, and identity proofing standards. Experience with SIPR token issuance, hardware token devices, CAC/PIV, and Entrust or ActivIdentity tools. Familiarity with applicable DoD directives (DoDI 8520.02), CNSSI 1300/1301, and NIST 800-63-3. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with end-users and command stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and recordkeeping abilities. Must be U.S. citizen and meet all eligibility requirements for handling classified systems. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as an LRA, RA, or Trusted Agent in a DoD or federal environment. Completion of DoD LRA or RA certification training.
