*** This role is contingent upon Contract Award *** Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage PKI systems, including Certification Authorities (CA) and Registration Authorities (RA). Administer and support PKI components such as Entrust, Red Hat, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM). Ensure compliance with federal security standards and protocols. Monitor and troubleshoot PKI-related software and hardware issues. Develop and maintain documentation for PKI processes and procedures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless PKI integration and operation. Requirements Active Secret Clearance required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, or other relevant security certifications. Experience with PKI systems, including CA (Red Hat), ISC, and Entrust. Proficiency in managing HSMs and other cryptographic services. Strong knowledge of security protocols and cryptographic services. Scripting and programming skills (e.g., Java, PERL, PowerShell). Familiarity with PKI products and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Solid editorial and grammar capabilities, evidenced by at least two (2) years of experience in copy editing, print publishing, or writing-intensive roles. At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience. A background in hard sciences or technical fields. Junior FMV Analysts will: Perform hands-on full motion imagery (FMI) analysis, producing intelligence products derived from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, addressing a wide range of issues that support national security objectives, senior policymakers, the DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives. Provide real-time 24/7/365 full motion video (FMV) exploitation in a shift work environment, ensuring Situational Awareness (SA) and comprehension of the mission and intelligence requirements. Provide peer-to-peer assessments when analysts need evaluations or tests on their positions. Conduct multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in line with Government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Requirements TS/SCI Security Clearance Experience: At least 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with at least some of the experience within the last 2 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Alternatively, an additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, totaling 7 years, may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrates a working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the labor category description. Knowledgeable of and demonstrates the ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
