NOTE: This is specific to Active Duty personnel interested in SkillBridge and located or relocating to the Tampa, FL area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: During this program the service member will be on-site at his or her host company performing an individual internship in an entry to mid-level career type role. The service member will be on the job training supporting a work schedule equivalent to 40hrs per week.  Our Military Internship Program is open to all ranks and experience levels. SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Paragon, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.  Outlined below are the Goals, Objectives, and Outcomes for the program. Goals – Provide transitioning service members fellowship-style job skills training during the last portion(s) of their military commitment. This program is specifically designed to offer internships that result in the potential to transition to a full-time opportunity at the conclusion of the training. Objectives - Service Members who complete the Intern program will be highly-trained, capable, future employees that align to the specific needs of the organization on Day 1. This program provides a comprehensive internship experience including professional development, networking with leadership, and training specifically focused on Paragon leadership principles, company history, customer/stakeholder engagement, product and service overview, and core job responsibilities. Outcome – Position transitioning service member for a successful military transition into the civilian workforce. Requirements DoD SkillBridge Eligibility: Has served at least 180 days on active duty Is within 12 months of separation or retirement Will receive an honorable discharge Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship. Other skills and experience may be required or preferred, depending on the area or role. Global Dimensions is recruiting for an upcoming opportunity and seeking candidates who will be available upon award. We are seeking a Level III Intelligence Analyst for an upcoming opportunity at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Intelligence Analysts: Deliver operational intelligence services in direct support of the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) through bulk and target exploitation, intelligence gathering, and data analysis for dissemination to the FBI and U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) customers, as appropriate. Provide operational intelligence services, raw intelligence, tactical analysis, and operational analysis to support the LIU’s intelligence functions and analytical requirements, in support of FBI investigations and operations. Requirements Current/Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly. A Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. At least five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC). Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and related processes. A minimum of three (3) years of leadership and/or supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal skills, evidenced by at least three (3) years of experience working within a multidisciplinary team or collaborative environment. Strong editorial and grammar proficiency, demonstrated through at least two (2) years of experience in copy editing, print publishing, or other writing-intensive roles. A minimum of five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Experience: Previous experience within the military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience. A background in hard sciences or technical disciplines. Experience with certified release authority to disseminate or release intelligence products.
