We are recruiting for an upcoming opportunity and seeking candidates who will be available upon award. We are seeking Level II Intelligence Analysts for upcoming opportunities at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Intelligence Analysts: Deliver operational intelligence services in direct support of the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) through bulk and target exploitation, intelligence gathering, and data analysis for dissemination to the FBI and U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) customers, as appropriate. Provide operational intelligence services, raw intelligence, tactical analysis, and operational analysis to support the LIU’s intelligence functions and analytical requirements, in support of FBI investigations and operations. Requirements Current/Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly. A Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. A minimum of three (3) years of intelligence analysis experience within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products. Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and related processes. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated by at least three (3) years of experience working within a multi-disciplinary team or collaborative team environment. Solid editorial and grammar capabilities, evidenced by at least two (2) years of experience in copy editing, print publishing, or writing-intensive roles. At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience. A background in hard sciences or technical fields. Experience with certified release authority to disseminate or release intelligence products. Junior FMV Analysts will: Perform hands-on full motion imagery (FMI) analysis, producing intelligence products derived from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, addressing a wide range of issues that support national security objectives, senior policymakers, the DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives. Provide real-time 24/7/365 full motion video (FMV) exploitation in a shift work environment, ensuring Situational Awareness (SA) and comprehension of the mission and intelligence requirements. Conduct research using Cedalion or its successors, along with other multi-disciplined IC databases, to acquire additional or clarifying information to support analysis and research efforts. Produce both standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, including motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific products. Perform imagery research and analysis to meet current USMC requirements, including but not limited to NRO Overhead Systems, aircraft, FMV, and civil/commercial sensors, to address specific Information Requirements. Generate and provide metadata to support structured observations that align with DoD, USMC, and/or IC initiatives. Provide analysts capable of viewing, exploiting, recording, and typing (minimum 40 words/minute) live FMV exploitation comments to support operational FMV missions. Identify targets and target-related activities by understanding the Order of Battle for mission-related geolocations. Conduct target research to support exploitation activities, providing additional information and context to inform the exploitation team and meet information requirements. Analyze existing intelligence to identify gaps in coverage and knowledge, investigating all sources of intelligence to address those gaps. Perform data mining using a variety of databases, open-source reports, digital video archives, and other intelligence sources. Produce multimedia content in support of exploitation activities. Provide peer-to-peer assessments when analysts need evaluations or tests on their positions. Conduct multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in line with Government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Requirements TS/SCI Security Clearance Experience: At least 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with at least some of the experience within the last 2 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Alternatively, an additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, totaling 7 years, may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrates a working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the labor category description. Knowledgeable of and demonstrates the ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction. Demonstrates the ability to apply logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. Shows understanding of interpreting analysis, including its meaning, significance, and implications. Demonstrates the ability to defend analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions, and to adapt these judgments when new information, changing conditions, or unexpected developments arise. Demonstrates the ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in various formats, including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), electronic/soft copy matrices, and/or web-enabled formats. Demonstrates the ability to clearly communicate complex issues in a concise and organized manner, both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills. Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrates the ability to develop structured research, including but not limited to obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols. Demonstrates the ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information. Demonstrates understanding of evaluating collected intelligence reporting, engaging with collection managers, and developing collection requirements.
