We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Mission Assurance / Antiterrorism (MA/AT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the Task Lead (TL) supporting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Chief of Staff (SOCS). This position plays a critical role in enabling Mission Assurance (MA) and Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) programs across the SOF Enterprise. TL will serve as the on-site lead for all contractor personnel under this requirement, ensuring effective execution of day-to-day integration, training, and mission support activities. Key Responsibilities: As Task Lead (TL): Serve as the primary contractor interface with the Government Technical Representative and COR. Oversee all assigned contractor personnel, manage workload distribution, address performance concerns, and maintain contract compliance. Provide immediate notification of personnel vacancies and take corrective actions to fill positions with fully qualified staff per contract requirements. As Senior MA/AT SME: Support the operational implementation and execution of SOCOM’s MA/AT program. Deliver government-developed and approved MA/AT training to SOF components and stakeholders. Conduct Force Protection (FP) risk assessments and security engineering analysis. Prepare technical cost-benefit assessments and engineering-based mitigation plans.
