RESPONSIBILITIES

The RA ensures all operations comply with DoD, DISA, and NIST identity assurance and information security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct identity proofing and validation for DoD personnel, contractors, and system entities in accordance with DoDI 8520.02, CNSSI 1300/1301, and NIST 800-63-3.
Operate and manage PKI issuance systems to process requests for Common Access Cards (CACs), SIPRNet tokens, and software/hardware-based certificates.
Maintain Registration Authority Workstations (RAWs), ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs, operational readiness, and audit tracking.
Issue, revoke, renew, or suspend digital certificates in coordination with the Certificate Authority (CA).
Maintain complete and accurate logs, audit records, and documentation of all PKI transactions.
Coordinate with Local Registration Authorities (LRAs), Trusted Agents (TAs), ISSOs, and Network/System Administrators to support user access and credential delivery.
Respond to user requests and troubleshoot PKI-related issues including certificate chain validation and smart card/token problems.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, performing self-assessments, and remediating findings.
Enforce policies to protect sensitive information and cryptographic materials in accordance with DoD cybersecurity standards.
Requirements
Active Secret clearance.
3–5 years of experience in PKI operations, cybersecurity, or identity management, with specific experience as a Registration Authority or related role.
Working knowledge of the DoD PKI infrastructure, including roles of CA, RA, LRA, KRA, and Trusted Agents.
Familiarity with hardware token management (e.g., SIPR tokens), smart card readers, middleware, and PKI tools such as Entrust or ActivIdentity.
In-depth understanding of DoDI 8520.02, CNSSI 1300, CNSSI 4005/4006, and NIST SP 800-63-3.
Ability to manage sensitive information, maintain accountability of digital credentials, and ensure strict adherence to federal policy.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE).
Preferred Qualifications:

Linguists will provide foreign language interpretation and translation/transcription services to support user Counter-Intelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) requirements and other high priority tasks supporting real world operations pursuant to the mission. Linguists shall cull out actionable data to facilitate successful execution of the mission. The objective is to provide accurate, complete, and trusted interpretation and translation of data from a variety of sources. In support of these missions, contractor linguists shall cover a wide range of styles and subjects. Typical examples would include contracts and laws; treaties and international agreements on technical, scientific, military, economic, and cultural subjects; training manuals; court documents; political speeches and position papers; slide presentations; and official correspondence between government leaders. Other work assigned to contractors includes on-site support for meetings or conferences, summarizing documents, reviewing translations, and ascertaining the substantive conformity of texts written in two or more languages (comparisons).
Simultaneous Interpretation Services: Simultaneous interpreting requires the interpreter to convey continuously the full and accurate meaning of what is said in the source language into speech in the target language, lagging just slightly behind the original message. Simultaneous interpretation may take place in settings where no pauses or interruptions are possible and is typically delivered using specialized equipment in a sound-proof booth.
Consecutive Interpretation Services: Consecutive interpretation requires the interpreter to convey the full and accurate meaning of speech from the source language into the target language after the speaker has concluded speaking. Depending on the setting, the speaker may pause periodically to allow for interpreting to take place or continue until the entire speech has been delivered. Interpreters generally take notes as memory aids to reconstruct the message and seek clarification if the request will not disrupt the event.

Provide Storyboards, Vehicle Follows, and 360-degree graphics
Respond to tasking for imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery to answer detailed information requirements
Produce standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products, such as summary reports, tailored mission-specific products, and database remarks, as well as daily briefings as required
Collaborate effectively with other NGA NSG, ASG and Service imagery and geospatial analysts, as well as other intelligence analysts and engineers

Requirements
Current/Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
3 years of full-time, post-schoolhouse, intelligence analysis experience with military intelligence training OR a bachelor's degree in a related field with military intelligence training.
Preferred to have previous experience in Motion GEOINT analysis, mission familiarity, and demonstrated ability to operate in a high tempo environment or possess the ability to do so.
Must be adaptable and team-oriented, be committed to delivering timely and accurate GEOINT, be committed to maintaining the integrity of mission partner data and operations, and exhibit professionalism.
Implementing, part of team, executing tasks. Understands and applies more advanced concepts and processes to tasks.
Training
The required initial training will consist of the following phases:
3.5-day Motion Imagery Tradecraft Intermediate Level (MITIL) course (Participation, Pass/Fail)
10-day Fundamentals and Program Orientation (Pass rate 80% or higher)
90-day (or up to 45 mission days) On-the-Job Training (OJT) (Task-specific, Pass/Fail, 3 subphases)
*This position is a SAP that requires additional questions answered and approval by the end customer before being allowed in the training. Applicants will be processed for an additional in-depth background investigation, regardless of current security clearance level.

Mid level Intel Technician (Exec Suite Intel Task Management):
Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, building, and maintaining databases; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems. Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions. Provides administrative operations support to the Directorate of Intelligence to include being the primary person responsible for providing all administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO). Provides administrative support in coordinating and scheduling senior level video teleconference meetings, manage all J2-lead conferences (to include Town Halls, Off Sites, etc.), securing spaces for appropriate conference rooms (to include control and de-confliction of J2 “owned” conference rooms), and the dissemination of documents for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.

Global Dimensions is currently seeking Mid level Identity Intelligence Analysts for positions in Quantico, VA.
Analyst will:
Perform MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production, and dissemination in alignment with Government policies, priorities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Offer expert support in all aspects of I2 analysis, including, but not limited to, triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of Biometric, Forensic, Face & Image Analysis, Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX), Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) derived products, and I2 training.
Develop deliverables such as, but not limited to, completed intelligence reports, biometric/biographic analysis reports, SIGINT or CELLEX-related analysis reports, DOMEX-derived reports, all-source analysis reports, analytic briefings, RFI responses, training materials, or other future analytical products.
Analyze identity-related data, multi-source intelligence, cellular data, and SIGINT to extract additional insights using advanced analytic tools and techniques, producing All-Source intelligence reports in a 24/7/365-366 shift environment.
Use DONISIS, BI2R, or any other relevant or future systems or databases for research and exploitation purposes.
Ensure that the content within reports is clear, logical, comprehensive, and properly formatted, with correct syntax, classification, and an understandable presentation.
Demonstrate and apply technical subject matter expertise in Identity Intelligence, including knowledge of Electronic Fingerprint Transaction (EFT) files, Originating Identifiers (ORIs), Transaction Control Numbers (TCNs), Biometric Identifiers (BIDs), and other I2 biometric data.
Provide up to 24/7/365-366 support for the management of the DoD Biometric-Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) and National Level Watchlisting operations, including tasks such as encounter management, nomination support, change/removal requests, RFIs, and other BEWL-related or Watchlisting tasks.
Perform triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of I2 data to support national watchlisting efforts, operationalizing biometric or forensic intelligence (BEI/FEI) and identity intelligence (I2) to meet the DoD's objectives for Homeland Security Presidential Directives 6, 11, and 24.
Coordinate reach back I2 support for deployed forces and execute supporting tasks to ensure mission success.
Provide tactical, operational, and national-level I2 support to all USMC forces and approved partner forces.
Provide up to (24/7/365-366) I2 support for all CONUS and OCONUS operations.
Manage and analyze I2 data using tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, various databases, and other relevant software.
Perform case management for all Department of Navy Identification and Screening Information System (DONISIS) submissions.
Monitor shared inboxes across required networks and redirect relevant emails to the appropriate I2AC leadership. Coordinate with agencies such as the Data Forensics and Biometrics Agency (DFBA), National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), and FBI Special Investigative Unit (SIU).
Apply forensic methodologies to identify, extract, analyze, and disseminate I2 information from documents and media collected during military operations.
Extract facial images from media for further analysis.
Establish an ongoing process for refining the selection and prioritization of files/documents to identify those with high potential for valuable information.
Maintain a log of reviewed documents.
Assess identity-related data within images and videos to resolve identities of interest to USMC and partner forces.
Conduct tasks such as 1:N searches, 1:1 comparisons, image optimization, image/video authentication, metadata analysis, and geolocation identification.
Perform both open-source and classified research to obtain high-quality images and videos.
Utilize facial recognition software and relevant databases.
Maintain collaborative partnerships with other Facial Identification (FI) enabled organizations and leverage their expertise.
Produce and distribute Facial Comparison Analysis Reports (FCAR) or Media Exploitation (MEDEX) Rollups.
Shift work, with start and end times determined by the I2 Branch supervisors/leadership.
Requirements
