As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with a Behavior Analyst to carry out treatment plans for individual clients, collect data on targeted skills, and attend clinical team meetings. We have immediate openings, part-time or full-time, for entry-level and experienced Behavior Technicians. We offer paid training and will help guide, support, and mentor your career in Behavior Analysis. Requirements Prior experience is a plus but not required. We offer on-site and remote paid training and clinical hours towards your Behavior Technician certification. Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related program preferred. At least 6 months of previous experience working with children; ABA experience and Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others. Positive attitude and fun through play. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with children. Must have reliable transportation. The RBT Conduct Specialist utilizes principles of behavior as aligned to RBT training and credentialing. Reporting to the Program Manager, the RBT Conduct Specialist will be expected to perform client training while implementing individualized programs for adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self- help, social skills, and employment skills. The RBT Conduct Specialist will present skills across domains that include measurement, assessment, skills acquisition, documentation and reporting, and professional conduct. When implementing the Behavior Intervention Plan for the participant they are working with during their session or shift, the RBT Conduct Specialist is flexible and responsive to feedback when reporting the assigned Case Manager and/or other supervisor(s) when working to improve the participant and quality of services delivered at any job assignments at Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Acquire & demonstrate competency when implementing ABA skills aligned to the principles of behavior analysis.
