You will be assigned a workload that may consist of 1:1 client ratio each requiring various hours of servicing per month (20-40+ hours). Employees will be required to set daily/weekly meeting times with the family and ensure adaptive skills training be delivered based on program goals and objectives. You are required to fill out daily activity logs, data sheets, sign in sheets, and compile monthly goal percentages to establish program effectiveness. The opportunity As an Intake Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients to help them access services and resources as they progress through substance use disorder treatment. Most of your time will be spent meeting with clients to complete intakes, identify their individual recovery needs, connecting them to appropriate services and resources, and helping them navigate those resources. You will be expected to develop a relationship with your clients and help develop a needs assessment and care plan that guides them through their recovery journey. You will help outreach and engage and re-engage referred clients, educate about our services and connect them to care.
