Position Summary: As a Team Member at Sbarro, you are the face of the brand and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and quality food. This position includes preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring each guest has a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates are reliable, friendly, and eager to work in a fast-paced team setting. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately take customer orders and operate the POS system. Prepare and serve menu items such as pizza, pasta, stromboli, salads, and beverages. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations, counters, and dining area. Restock food, utensils, and supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and make accurate change. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Uphold all Sbarro brand standards and procedures. Qualifications: Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours). Lift up to 30 lbs. Work in a hot kitchen environment. Perform repetitive motions such as chopping, lifting, and reaching.

This hotel is a distinctive AvantStay property in Nashville composed of 25 units, each containing 5 suites. This property combines luxurious accommodations with a curated guest experience. This role will oversee and have an active role in front desk guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and hotel programming to deliver an unparalleled guest experience. Acting as the on-site leader, the Operations Manager works closely with multiple teams to drive efficiency, uphold AvantStay’s high standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Target start date is slated for August 4, 2025. What you’ll do… Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to the Guest Experience Agents, Housekeeping Inspector, Housekeepers, Housepersons, Maintenance Technicians, and Safety Officers. Schedule and lead team meetings to align on priorities and resolve operational challenges. Train and mentor staff to ensure excellence in service delivery. Guest Experience: Manage guest complaints, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction. Oversee front desk operations and ensure Guest Experience Agents provide accurate information, local recommendations, and concierge-level service. Collaborate with teams to curate engaging hotel programming such as live music, yoga classes, and art exhibits.
