Position Summary: As a Team Member at Sbarro, you are the face of the brand and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and quality food. Accurately take customer orders and operate the POS system. Prepare and serve menu items such as pizza, pasta, stromboli, salads, and beverages. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations, counters, and dining area. Restock food, utensils, and supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and make accurate change. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Uphold all Sbarro brand standards and procedures. Qualifications: Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Chef de Cuisine – Michelin Recognized Restaurant We are searching for a Chef de Cuisine (CDC) at Allora our modern Italian fine dining restaurant in Sacramento www.allorasacramento.com . Our company is expanding this fall with the highly anticipated opening of Aiona our new Mediterranean live fire concept. This growth creates an amazing opportunity for a talented chef to join our Michelin recognized culinary team led by Chef Deneb Williams. We have extensive depth in our culinary ranks so no one chef is left to carry the burden alone allowing for a quality of life rarely seen in the hospitality industry. Duties include but are not limited to: Culinary Development –The CDC will collaborate with the chef/owner and (EC) to produce an Cal-Ital inspired multi course dining experience at Allora. They will focus on a hyper seasonal “farm to fork” cuisine showcasing technique, single thread sourcing and visually stunning “Michelin worthy” plate presentations. Culinary Operations – The CDC will produce build sheet, recipes, and menu descriptions for every new menu item.
