Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resort Attendant to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our resort, as you will ensure that all members and guests are warmly welcomed, facilities are impeccably maintained, and services are delivered with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily opening and closing procedures to maintain seamless resort operations. Monitor and maintain building cleanliness, adhering to strict sanitation protocols. Ensure equipment and supplies are inventoried, fully stocked, and in proper working order. Greet and check in members and guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon their arrival. Provide assistance with guest inquiries, service needs, and additional requests. Collaborate with the resort team to execute all responsibilities that contribute to a successful operation. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member and guest experience, providing personalized service at all times. Qualifications: Strong commitment to hospitality and delivering excellent service. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and order. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting or resort operations preferred, but not required. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
