IT Support Internship

As an established IT Service Provider / Managed Service Provider with clients both domestically and internationally, we specialize in providing top-notch network and computer support and IT consulting services to small and mid-size organizations. The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties. You’ll record, track, and escalate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation up to date and in tip-top shape. You’ll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite. You will be able to coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team. **This internship is based in-office, not remote or work from home. This internship is also a paid opportunity.** Requirements Basics computer systems knowledge on Windows or Mac Platforms Planned career in the IT services industry Excellent time management skills Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills Ability to lift and carry computer components up to 50 pounds Familiarity with a Ticketing System is preferred, but not required Ability to commute daily to our office in Federal Way, WA.
