Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Full-Time) + Benefits: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM We are a large, fast-paced Attorney Service seeking a Legal Secretary, Paralegal Assistant, or Paralegal to join our team. This role involves supporting legal process work, including document preparation, filings, and case support. Responsibilities: Assist with legal document processing and filing Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day legal operations Manage and organize case files and paperwork Communicate with courts, clients, and other legal entities Perform administrative duties as needed Requirements: Prior legal experience (secretarial, assistant, or paralegal) Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines This is a full-time, on-site position.
