A very successful and well-known DUI Criminal Defense firm on border of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood is seeking an articulate, professional and experienced Legal Secretary to support 2-3 attorneys in a fast paced, positive energetic environment. Thirty (30) hours per week. Must be reliable, capable and experienced in typing and proofreading client letters / forms, merge documents, preparation of motions and correspondence with attention to detail. Will also be responsible for calendar management. Must be able to work well under pressure, with others and meet deadlines. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years experience as a top notch DUI and Criminal Legal Secretary with extensive knowledge of the DMV. Must have strong typing skills, excellent phone etiquette, highly organized. Must have intermediate PC skills, be proficient in Word Perfect, Corel, Microsoft Office, Abacus and other commonly used programs.
