Pre-Legation fast growing Law Firm is looking for a Legal Assistant with experience in the personal injury cases. Our law firm is looking for someone who will join our team and be able to handle cases in the following stages (including but not limited). MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH. 1. New cases: intakes, opening claims and send letters of rep. 2. Active contact with clients, insurance companies and medical providers. 3. Property damage: Total loss, GAP, and repairs. 4. Medical liens and records request and follow up. 5. Draft and mail Demands letters to insurance companies. BENEFITS 1. Health Insurance, Dental, Vision (100% for employees) 2. Paid Vacation 3. Sick Time Compensation depends on experience. This is a full time In office position to start immediately.
