We are a small law office in Encino, looking for a friendly, organized, team-player, who can answer phones, perform intakes, manage mail, and manage our online data system. Some office experience is required. Must be proficient in English/Spanish. Job description Duties: - Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Assist with document management systems, including filing, scanning, and organizing files - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and transcribing documents - Provide general clerical support to the legal team as needed, including performing potential client intakes.
