The Opportunity We are seeking a trial lawyer—or a future trial lawyer—ready to work directly on cases from day one. You’ll collaborate with attorneys, meet with clients, take depositions, and prepare for trial. Prove yourself, and you’ll quickly manage your own docket. Most importantly, you must care about your clients and fight for every dollar they deserve. Key Responsibilities Work closely with attorneys to implement case strategies Conduct case workups including client interviews and evidence collection Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions; negotiate settlements Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Maintain regular client communication Requirements JD from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas 2–3+ years of legal experience (personal injury or civil litigation preferred) Trial experience highly valued (but not required) Strong research, writing, and communication skills Passion for client advocacy and a desire to grow as a trial lawyer Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required Strong technological aptitude and adaptability, including comfort with AI tools What We’re Looking For Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Self-directed but collaborative Strong follow-through and ability to translate big-picture strategies into action Enthusiastic about personal injury law and client service.  Benefits Competitive salary based on experience, with future bonus potential 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and generous 401(k) employer contributions Bar dues, CLEs, and personal injury/trial workshops covered Paid time off and paid holidays Manageable 40-hour work week (trial prep and trial excluded) Experienced attorneys available for mentorship and training Collaborative, supportive work environment Office closes at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays Business casual dress code Application Instructions Resume: No transcripts or GPA needed.
