Experienced SF Bay Area sole practitioner and active litigator seeks legal research assistance from a California based contract research attorney for a variety of as-needed research projects. Looking solid experience with CA Civil Code, Evidence Code and CCP - as well as a good understanding of the needs of trials - to assist with drafts of Trial Briefs, Motions in Limine for trials, Supplemental/Mini trial briefs, post-CCP 998 motions, occasional discovery motions, etc., etc. The first project would start in September. Additional projects are on an as needed basis. Excellent analytical and writing skills needed. Too much reliance on AI will not be appreciated. Must have demonstrable California experience.
