We are currently recruiting for a temp to permanent part-time Corporate Associate for a medium size law firm located in downtown Boston. The ideal candidate with bring 4+ years of M&A experience to assist the corporate group. Attorneys with experience dealing with tech and bio-tech companies is preferred. This is a hybrid role to replace an attorney who is leaving. With that both options of temp and/or candidates interested in temp to perm are available. Duration:Six months or to a conversion if desired by both sides. Hours: full time position 9-5, standard. Location: This will be a hybrid position, firm located in downtown Boston.
