Someone who fallows instructions well, communicates clearly, has a positive attitude, is detail oriented, enjoys working hard, loves learning and making homes beautiful! We are partnered with Dinesen flooring manufacture, who produces the highest quality wood planks for flooring, in the world. We create custom colors and finishes that set us apart from most flooring companies, as most companies these days are only installing pre-finished wood. We use dyes, reactive stains, and colored hardwax oils. Fun stuff! So Im looking for someone who is hungry to become the best in our craft for artisan work. This is a unique opportunity for the right person! Seriously, it’s nearly impossible to find someone with my skill set, who is willing to help the right person grow and possibly become a partner. It’s my hope to find someone I can train to run project operations. Please include in your response, how many years experience you have with wood flooring only!
