This includes outboard, inboard, and stern drive engines, as well as troubleshooting and fixing electrical systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, and more. Key Responsibilities:  Diagnose and repair a variety of marine engines, including outboards, inboards, and stern drives.  Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boats and marine systems.  Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fuel systems.  Conduct seasonal repairs and pre-season check-ups.  Maintain a clean and organized work area.  Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs to clients.  Keep detailed records of repairs and services performed.  Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques. Qualifications:  Proven experience as a marine mechanic or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).  Strong knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.  Familiarity with a wide range of boat types and systems.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Ability to work in various weather conditions, including outdoors in cold or wet environments.  High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in marine technology or related field a plus.  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.  Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs). They were installed without the drip edge, I need someone to remove the 1X4 molding and slip a drip edge up under the T-111 then seal the outer window and replace the molding.
