This is a great opportunity for an individual who likes the solitude of being in a truck a big part of the day. We are adding to our staff and looking for LONG TERM sub-contractor's that are team players that work well with other team members and our customers. WE HAVE FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS. Glendale, Central Phoenix to South Valley Preferred. Full - Time driver/real estate sign post installer. (Sub-Contract Labor). Must have current driving experience in the Phoenix, Metro area. (Note: Not a typical installation using post hole digger, specialized equipment with stakes). Typically 4 - 6 hour days for full time. Tues-Saturday. Pay per installation, roughly $18.00-$24.00 per hour. (Bi-weekly pay periods) $1800-$2200 monthly for full time. This is a comfortable environment for people who take pride in their work , and are skilled at several duties. Work aptitude will include "attention to detail" and a "perfectionist" effort. Computer skills a must, computer will be used to download and complete daily work orders. As part of the interviewing process, you will be asked to complete at least 1-4 full days ride-along training with an installer to experience and understand job duties. Key Responsibilities: Install solar panel systems on residential and commercial rooftops and ground mounts. Perform basic electrical work, including wiring and connecting solar systems to the grid. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with installed systems. Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of work completed. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in solar installation or a related field preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available. 80% travel is included with this job. Familiarity with PV systems, wiring, and electrical codes. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments. Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus. Our contracting business is expanding and we need a skilled painter who can also repair sheetrock! We are looking for a full-time painter / sheetrock repair person to join our team. Our painting jobs are usually interiors, doors, facia or decks. We do exteriors occasionally. Our sheetrock jobs are usually small repairs from previous plumbing and electrical work and include texturing. We also do a lot of bathroom and kitchen remodels which may require whole walls sheetrocked. If you have handyman skills, this is a plus. Qualifications Painting - Must have at least 8 years experience with indoor and outdoor brush and roller work, spraying, latex and oil based, staining and refinishing of decks, doors, molding and trim, etc. Sheetrock - Experienced in patching sheetrock, taping and multiple styles of texturing including hopper and rattle-can. Own tools and transportation. We will supply consumable supplies such as pans, rollers, drop cloths, etc. Must enjoy working alone or in a team. Stucco - Not required, but a plus if you are able to do small stucco patches and match a variety of textures. Handyman or other construction skills are a plus Customer Service Focus - Good customer skills are just as important as good trade skills Communication Skills - Must be relatively fluent in English and be able to communicate easily with people who's only language is English.
