We’re Hiring Roofers We’re looking for experienced Residential Roofers to join our year-round team on the islands of Kauai and Maui. Ideal candidates will have strong craftsmanship, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality installations of residential roofing systems Work with materials including concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, and metal Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow detailed installation procedures and safety protocols Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of full-time residential roofing experience (within the last 3 years) U.S. citizen or valid work visa Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass drug test and background check (no recent DUIs or felonies) Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders English proficiency preferred What We Offer: Starting salary of $85,000+ annually (based on experience) Weekly pay + overtime after 40 hours Medical benefits, paid vacation, and holidays Modern tools, clean job sites, and consistent year-round work How to Apply: We do not accept applications via third-party job boards.
