ShareExperience: • Minimum 2 years experience in roofing, or a related field • Bilingual Knowledge & Skills: • Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols • Ability to read and interpret work orders, and safety regulations • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and general construction site safety • Strong problem-solving skills to oversee and resolve customer service issues • Ability to collaborate with Site Supers, Suppliers, Builders, and Homeowners effectively • Customer service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills Physical & Technical Requirements: • Ability to work outdoors and comfortable climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and lifting materials • Ability to drive a company issued vehicle and keep it maintained • Ability to handle monthly inventory and stock the yard inventory monthly • Ability to drive a forklift Additional Requirements: • Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency with basic technology (email, scheduling apps, project management software is a plus) • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
