Duties and Responsibilities:  Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.  Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.  Follow building plans and blueprints.  Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.  Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.  Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.  Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.  Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.  Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function.  Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes.  Successful candidate will be measured on the performance matrix and expected to perform up to and exceed the standards attached to employee performance to goal expectations.  Perform tasks as directed by the Lead Plumber or Plumbing Supervisor. Job Qualifications:  2+ years of professional plumbing experience.  High school diploma or GED certificate.  Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship preferred.  Valid state plumbing license.  Able to read technical designs and blueprints.  Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment.  Expert knowledge in piping and ventilation systems.  Available to work on call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies. Job Description: As a Site Superintendent and Lead Carpenter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. Having a strong knowledge of all of the trades involved in ground up and remodels would be ideal. We sub out everything except the carpentry. You will be responsible for interpreting architectural, structural and civil plans, ordering materials, managing and laying out subcontractors, conducting job site safety meetings, overseeing a small team of skilled craftspeople. Extensive knowledge of ground up construction (Foundations and framing) Proven experience as a superintendent and lead carpenter in residential construction. Commitment to job site safety and knowledge of safety standards. Must have your own tools and a reliable truck for transportation. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
